The Development Of Chinese Private Equity Funds And Supervision

As an important financing method in capital market, since came out, Private Equity (PE) had made positive contributions to economic development of developed nations during past 100 years.In China,PE is still on the initial stage.PE accounts for a low proportion and is unaccommodated in Industrial Innovation and Economic Transformation. For that reason,it is of theoretical significance and realistic significance to study development and supervision of PE in China.First of all,this thesis of master degree starts from basic concept of PE, takes the PE apart and analyze it;what's more,I probes the aspect of the features, categories, organization type, operating mechanism and regulatory framework. By contrastive analysising the three developed countries in terms of government role, organization type,operation characteristics and supervision pattern,I will sum up some experience that is helpful for china;moreover,I conclude the inadequacy of chinese PE though analyzing the development course, economic circumstances, policy environment,legal environment and current situation; finally,I raise countermeasure for the development and supervision of chinese PE.
