Fdi On China's Economy And Countermeasures Research

Since our country implemented the reform and open policy in the late-1970s, to develop our country economy by using foreign capital, especially foreign direct investment (FDI), has been an very important part of export-orient economy. With the development trend of globalization integration and information of international economy day by day, The Foreign Direct Investment have increased at full speed no matter in the quantity or on the scale. It has very important effect on the global economy and the economy of each country or region, and makes their relationship more and more close. That means every country or region should take account of theirs when it makes some policies of development. FDI has enhanced our country macro economy, provided the massive employment opportunity, and improved our country, technology industry structure. It also introduced a series of problems, which cannot be neglected. At the same time, with the development of foreign investment, the trend of foreign direct investment has emerged new changes in the current. That is, the yearly inflow of foreign capital from the past experience to slow the inflow in recent years, as well as outflow. We must have a clear understanding on the positive effects of foreign direct investment and negative effects of foreign direct investment. So that, we can make more effective for using of foreign capital. This article is under such back ground, the author proposals a series actions on improving China introducing FDI project by enhancing trade environment, which are based on exiting problems and empirical study conclusions.
