This article is based on the background above-mentioned, integrates the theory with practice, combines the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, does the research from the points to entire surface, and takes the HD hotel as the research object to construct the hospitality industry labor cost control system of our country, so as to provide a real practical model of labor cost control, increase the industry's economic benefits and guide the further research on the guiding meaning of correlation theory to the optimization of the hospitality industry's labor cost control.
