Marketing is not only an indispensable element to enterprises, but also is a necessary approach to maintain the survival and development of them. In order to gain more benefit, assembling all the energy of company and constitution of marketing system is needed.The content of this thesis contains the theory of marketing relations and how to constitute, develop and maintain the relationship with key accounts. Through analyzing the present situation and shortness of marketing and business in ChangSha XiangJi-HuaXiang computer limited company, the awkward business predicament and necessary of constitution of marketing system based on key accounts relations theory are elaborated. Then a perfect marketing system according to present business and account character was established, including marketing structure, assemble of marketing strategy and accounts management.This thesis was designed on the basis of inner and exterior of ChangSha XiangJi-HuaXiang computer limited company. It is not only a guiding project for explore breakthrough of business and company, but also benefit to looking after development of business for other companies.
