Chengmianle Intercity Passenger Dedicated Chengdu Hub Program

The intercity passenger special railway line is a new type of high-speed, public traffic railway line which has relative independence and serve the passenger flow of the cities, towns and urban agglomeration along railway line. When the intercity passenger special railway line is joined into railway terminal, we should research on passenger station location, line joining plans, comparison model. This paper researched on these questions through the example of Chen-Mian-Le intercity passenger special railway line joining into Chendu railway terminal.Chendu railway terminal locates in the southeast of ChuanXi plain. It is important in the railway network of China. Chendu railway terminal has nineteen stations now and it is short of capacity of track, passenger transport capacity, relative equipment.As the developing of social economy and railway transport, the passenger transport system of Chendu railway terminal should be planned again, especially to researching on the building plan of high-speed passenger station. The high-speed passenger station location plans include Chendu station location, Chendu west station location, Chendu east station location, Chendu south station location and Shahebao station location. Chendu south staion location and Shahebao station location are selected as two recommend plan though comprehensive comparison and selection.Base on the research result of Chendu railway terminal high-speed passenger station location, the plans of Chen-Mian-Le intercity passenger special railway line joining into Chendu railway terminal contents five plans when high-speed passenter station locating in Chendu south station and three plans when high-speed passenter station locating in Shahebao station. In the process of plans comparison, this paper built analytic hierarchy process(AHP) model to calculating each plan. According to the calculating result, Chen-Mian-Le intercity passenger special railway line joining into Shahebao station is the best plan.This paper expounds the research method and high-speed passenger station location setting principle of intercity passenger special railway line joining into railway terminal through the researching of Chen-Mian-Le intercity passenger special railway line joining into Chendu railway terminal. It also presents plans comparison model and calculating method based on AHP, provides some experience of relative railway line building plan.
