Based On Dea Financing Logistics Project Performance Evaluation

Small and medium-sized enterprises are regarded as"the most active economic cells"of the country, which developed so rapidly that they have played more and more important role in respects of creating social fortune, promoting national economy, enhancing country's revenue, increasing job opportunity, activating market economy and facilitating people's living. Especially under this circumstance that global financial crisis is storming all over the world, the economic growth mode of China is facing a important phase that it's going to transform from the former mode dominated by export and import industry to the mode that facilitate the economy by stimulating the demand of domestic market. Small and medium-sized enterprises will become overwhelming force to support sustaining and rapidly development of economy gradually. However, financing is a difficult problem facing these enterprises for many years. Fortunately, with the development of logistics industry, some economists regarded logistical finance as a key to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises.This thesis illustrated the origination, development and present condition of logistical finance, and illuminated the conception of performance measurement and DEA theory at the meanwhile. Then this thesis analyzed the present theories of performance measurement on logistical finance. And After we studied about the conceptions and theories, this thesis established a performance measurement model of logistical finance based on DEA theory: we set up the index system by investigating the correlative practitioner with questionnaires; we set up the application system with a software named DEA-Solver-LV; we set up the analysis system by analyzing the economic meaning of DEA theory. In order to make the readers clear about the model, this thesis analyzed a demonstration in the fifth chapter. And then this thesis compared the traditional performance measurements on logistical finance to the new one based on DEA theory. As a result of the comparison, this thesis illustrated the disadvantages of traditional performance measurement on logistical finance and the advantages of the one based on DEA.This thesis provided a brand new field of performance measurement on logistical finance with theory studying, model establishing and demonstration analysis. As the service of logistical finance developing so rapidly, there will be more and more ways to measure the performance of logistical finance. And the measurement in this thesis is going to become a important force among all the performance measurements.
