Tobacco supply scheduling and sorting system is very important in each tache of tobacco distribution center, Its cost accounts for 80% of whole logistics cost and it is quick in the tobacco distribution center. Therefore minding them can acquire good result if you want to lower the cost of the logistics. This paper is precisely a situation as the description above, research in the angle of the minimize of economic cost.The decision-making of tobacco supply scheduling analyses the cost structure of every part and gives its integrative model. The aim of this model is cost minimization under certain service level. It establishes an algorithm of PSO for this kind of problem. Then orders are disconnected by EIQ analysis method and required some representative brands. Finally require result of the example of the decision-making parameter such as storage,critical supply,critical order.Automatic Sorting system research an automatic Sorting algorithm based on virtual space. The time mathematical model of the finished cigarette has been constructed, This paper gives an integration research in the problem of cigarette's anomaly array in transfers strap and distinguished the border orders. Based on this designed a simulation program, In this simulation program workers can modify the parameter such as transfers strap speed,cigarette distance and sorter working time interval. The main actions of simulation are cigarettes fall on the strap from sorter and cigarettes move forwards in the strap. This program still can offer sorting information of simulation, such as sorting time, efficiency, etc. The data of order can be input artificially or read from database. In the paper, orders are classified by ABC classify of EIQ analysis method and simulate the different parameter circumstance. Finally based on practicality intension this paper achieved a practicality parameter setting.
