| As an important component of the tobacco products, cigarette packaging plays an important role in the transmission of internal information of tobacco product and in the establishment of brand image. With the tobacco industry at home and abroad increasingly fierce competition, cigarette packaging plays a more and more large influence on increasing consumer awareness of cigarette brand , cultivating consumer brand loyalty. However, from January 2009 onwards, all tobacco products sold at our country's cigarette market must comply with the relevant provisions of "Framework Convention on Tobacco Control". Under the Convention, each unit package of tobacco products must carry health warnings describing the harmful effects of tobacco use, and these warnings "should be 50% or more of the principal display areas but shall be no less than 30% of the principal display areas". Besides, tobacco packaging warnings may be in the form of pictures or pictograms in the future. Against this background, research on FCTC's influences on tobacco packaging and the countermeasure of enterprises is very necessary.In this paper, we studied the main content of FCTC related to tobacco packaging, and through a questionnaire survey to further study the assumed impact on cigarette packaging of Fu Rong Wang series which are Jinpeng Company's products, and studied the consumer acceptance of new packaging.
