| Sovereign Wealth Fund is a new and controversial capital strength in financial market. Looking into this topic is not only good for realizing diversified development in Investment market and also good for constructing SWF in China.The research on SWF has remained on basic theory so far. Present discussions are mainly from its economic aspects, only a few domestic scholars have eyes on its legal aspects. This thesis intends to establish some fresh ideas getting form researches on its definition, multi-supervisions, different kinds of suggestions and development of Chinese SWF.This thesis comprises four chapters. In the first chapter, the author focuses on some basic issues about SWF, including getting an acceptable definition of SWF after a sound comparison between different concepts on this subject, in the mean time the author also analyzes some hot topics at present.In the second chapter, the author concentrates on the supervision issue of SWF and gives some analysis. This part represents different attitudes and practices toward SWF of some typical countries and areas in the world, trying to find out root of such dealings from these samples. This chapter also introduces the fruit of the latest development of international supervision—< Santiago Principle >.In the third chapter, the author first represents and then evaluates some typical suggestions as well as constructive ideas from a feasible way.In the fourth chapter, the author mainly explores development and supervision of Chinese SWF. The author analyzes on China Investment Corporation (CIC) and Central Huijin Investment Ltd., describing domestic supervision for them and giving some suggestions after pointing out the inadequacies. |
