Heilongjiang Province, Rural Economic Security Index System Study

In recent years,the problem of the rural economy has aroused widespread concern, especially since the 16th CPC National Congress, our country has made more efforts to support agriculture, proposed a series of new ideas and new inferences to consolidate and develop the rural economy. In this case, the rural economy has greatly improved , the countryside has presented the good development aspect. However, the agriculture is underdeveloped , the peasants are not better-off, the rural is not prosperous are still the outstanding contradictions and problems in our country. So it is necessary to study the rural economic security issues in order to enable the healthy development of the rural economy.first of all ,it is separated from the national economic security which belongs to the traditional areas of economic security in my article,then takes the universality of economic security to combine with its own characteristics of the rural economy to define the rural economic security in theory. In demonstration aspect,this article has made the simple appraisal on the rural economy security present situation of Heilongjiang Province and has given certain suggestions in light of this .Duing to the limited capacity of the author, in the last part of this article, I will add a few points to improve the rural economic security index system .
