Corporate Social Responsibility, The World Financial Crisis

American Financial Crisis happening in second half of 2008 has started to affect the whole world and has become Global Financial Crisis step by step.No nation could ignore it,and the Financial Crisis caused by Second Mortgage Crisis proved that it is important for each nation to pay more attention on social responsibility in the globalization period.In fact,today we are in market economy,so the more social resource and affection-power corporations have,the more important role they will play in the whole society and obviously they will promote harmonious development of our society in the future.Therefore,corporations shall take the responsibility to tackle the impact of current Financial Crisis,which has become an important and necessary part for each nation to successfully defend the Financial Crisis.Not only that the theory of Yi and Li can explain the rationality of pursuing Li in the long history of China,but also it has penetrated into different area in China and has affected Politics,Economy and Social Life of China in past two thousand years. Now China is facing Global Financial Crisis,different relationship of benefit changed rapidly,and our corporations have to solve a lot of difficulties brought by the Financial Crisis.However,the more difficulties our economy have,the more responsibility our corporations shall have,which will also cause more conflict between Yi and Li,therefore,now it is absolutely the time to pay high attention to and study Corporation Social Responsibility.On the basis of the above discussion,from the viewpoint of Traditional theory of Yi and Li of China,this article has a good study to Corporation Social Responsibility under Global Financial Crisis.First,the writer had a summary to current Crisis,which is the background of this article,and analyzed why the Crisis would happen and how it would affect us.Secondly,the writer pointed out root of the Crisis and where it would go from the viewpoint of the relationship between moral and the behavior of pursuing Li,and analyzed the theory of Yi and Li and the value of the theory in today's market economy.At last,in consideration that the corporations will face more horrible conflict of Yi and Li in this Crisis,from the position of benefit related party, the writer used the theory of Yi and Li to have a good analysis to Corporation Social Responsibility under Global Financial Crisis,especially Bank Industry's corporation social responsibility.In general,from the viewpoint of traditional theory of Yi and Li of China,this article had a study to Corporation Social Responsibility under the background of latest Global Financial Crisis.Corporation is an important part of the economy,and traditional theory of Yi and Li of China will play a good role to instruct corporation to perform and how to perform its social responsibility and defend current Financial Crisis.From the above study and analysis,the writer had a further consideration to Corporation Social Responsibility,which shall be a rational goal to realize the value of corporation.
