| In recent years,the modern service industry are put more and more attention.The national plan named "Eleventh Five Year",also stressed that the development of modern service industry is a strategic task.The development of modern service industry has already become an important means and approach to the promotion of economic development and the optimization of economy structure.In the modern service industry, the public service platform with broad social effects has been laid particular importance by the governments at all levels and enjoys a more and more rapid development in recent years,and also plays a more and more prominent role in the development of SMEs,in the conservation of social resources,etc.The current platforms of public services mainly focus on the operations with commonness such as information technology support,research service of the technology projects,and so on.Meanwhile,most platforms of public services are led,established and operated by government,which lacks initiative and flexibility in the service processes.Comparatively speaking,the financial advisory business is also with commonness among a large number of enterprises.This paper studied on the construction of platform of public service in the financial consulting related fields.What's more,this paper emphasized on the mechanism of operation and management,to find out a sustainable way for platforms of public services,which can cut off the proportion of government support.This paper firstly reviewed the concepts of financial consulting and then analyzed the environments of politics,technologies,economy and society,using the model of PEST; Secondly,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the financial consulting related markets, and then explored the necessity and feasibility of the construction of platform of public service in the financial consulting related fields;Thirdly,this paper studied and put out the mode of platform of public service in the financial consulting related fields,and then analyzed process system of financial consulting service,reviewed others platforms of public services,put out the principles of the construction process of platform of public service in the financial consulting related fields,and designed the general structure of the platform of public service in the financial consulting related fields.Finally,this paper carried out a detailed operation analysis of the mode from various perspectives,such as the compliance of the platform,profitability,customer value,etc. |
