In the theory, utilize the labor economics and the economic growth theory and the dynamic economy theory related knowledge, establishes the minimum wage model to the worker, analyzes the connection of the minimum wage income effect and the substitution effect; analyzes the minimum wage causes to the influence of work unemployment under the long-term working condition; states the minimum wage system influences to the distribution of income, and to the Gini's coefficient, Finally, unifies the rural labour 's decision model and the enterprise decision model under the minimum wage condition, take the minimum wage as the relational variable, and establish the equation model which is about the distribution of income and the rural labour, analyzes the influence to the rural labour's employment and the distribution of income; use the panel data in the positive analysis, according to the fixed effect model, as well as the distribution of income model and the relational model about the rural labour's employment, analyzes the relation influence of the rural labour's employment and the distribution of income. uses the first-order difference method in the positive analysis, reject the influence of the fixed effect, simplifies the positive analysis model, makes the positive analysis resultful.Because the rural labour employment effect of minimum wage and the distribution of income are positive,the government should raised the minimum wage and take step to strengthen and improve the minimum wage law execution in order to protect the interests of the rural laborer practically..
