Study On The Tourism Development Planning In Xi'an City Ecological Sensitive Area

Right now in our country, the research on tourism development in city ecological sensitive areas lies in a preliminary phase, the research on ecotourism is to be deepende. The research on ecotourism development planning in north Qinling mountains of Chang'an district, which belongs to city ecological sensitive area in Xi'an, not only is helpful to perfect the theory system of ecological sensitive area and ecotourism in our country, make up the drawback in practice, but also can be used for reference to other cities in the same style.The method of the article is reading relative information,researching examples and places, combined with other subjects such as ecology. The theme of the article is combined with the ecological environment in city ecological sensitive area, based on the ecology, took the tourism as the carrier, to discuss the implemented massures of ecotourism carried out in city ecological sensitive areas.In the process of definition of ecological sensitive areas in Xi'an, the article divides the ecological sensitive areas in Xi'an based on the ecological environment, master planning of Xi'an(2004-2020) and the definition, type of ecolgical sensitive area, analyses the tourism development of representative districts such as the ecological district of Chanba River and north Qinling Mountains in Chang'an District.In order to create the key tourism brand in Xi'an tourism and protect the ecological environment in north Qinling Mountains, combined with the current tourism situation of Shannxi,Xi'an and Chang'an District, it analyses the national policies,tourism planning and touism resourses, brings forward that in north Qinling mountains the ecotourim resourses is abundant, the development value is high, scocio-economic and tourist market have advantages in comparison, so it is practicable to carry out the ecotourism.In the process of detailed implementation(the core of the article), the article brings forward that it should divide the scenic spots, dradft spatial development structure.In the basis of studying resources, developing the ecotourim products, drawing up the ecotourim routes and traffic system. Based on the zoning it should carry out space control, make recommendations in ecological sensitive areas. At the same time in the process of the implementation of ecotourism, it should be always pay attention to eco-tourism resources and environmental protection, in order to reach the common development of development and protection, achieve the real ecotourism.
