Human Capital Perspective, Southern Jiangsu Model Of Economic Growth And Development Study

After the Reformation and Open,the east area along the sea,especially Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou,these areas become the fastest and most active places in China's economy development.The "Sunan Model" is that the Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou are using a kind of way to become non-agriculture through developing the country enterprises.Some learners summarize two characters of "Sunan Model",one character is in starting period,the other in currently period.The former is that the farmers developing the country enterprises depending on their own,the mainly ownership structure of such kind of enterprises is group ownership,and the government leading the ways to development.This kind of model came from the Planning economy period,became the symbol in 80's,and changed a lot after 90's. The economy situations of Sunan area entered into a new history by the changes of both inner environment and advantages of their own,and also showed there new characters,outer economy,enterprise reformation and urbanization.All these important changes change the economy environment,and develop the meaning of "Sunan Model"This paper based on the thorough research of Human Recourse Capital theory at home and abroad,and including three parts.Firstly,describing the definition of "Sunan Model", origin and new development,Secondly,showing the structure,character and development procedure of Human Recourse Capital,and making the model of Human Recourse Capital and Economy Increasing clearly,Thirdly,Using the history status of Suzhou and Wuxi to analysis the discrepancies of Human Recourse Capital structure,Human Recourse Investment,and area economy increasing between these two cities,talking about the relations of quality changes between Human Recourse Capital and Sunan area.The innovations of this paper are,Firstly,analysis the "Sannong Problem" probingly, according to the "Sunan Model",Secondly,this paper divides area Human Recourse Capital into four parts,it is a totally new method,and divides the Human Recourse Capital structure into two dimensionalities,Keeping Level and Employment Structure of Human Recourse Capital,Thirdly,showing four important indexes for quality changes of area economy.
