As the society advances,the general trend is industry model that from above material of raw materials;And it Changes to other new economic model that the basis of creativity of person,especially with the fast pace of the globalization in economy,the competition between enterprises is getting more and more intense.The enterprises must enhance the core competitiveness if they want to win.Employee creative ability of the forbidden imitation firstly becomes one of the core competitions that enterprises are searching for.There are lots of researches,which can indicate that employee's creative ability can boost the innovations of organization and improve the efficiency of enterprises.This article,focusing on the research of creativity of employees in enterprises,together with previous research based on management and psychology theories,specifically discusses the influence of organizational environment on the employees' creativity.The objects of my study are the employees of engineering Ltd.****.the purposes of my study are to know the relationship between intrinsic motivation factors and creative ability,external motivation factors and creative ability,the work environment factors and creative ability.The studying implements in my research include WPI,KEYS and IBS.I choose statistics description,reliability and validity analysis and Pearson's product-moment correlation analysis on the data analysis.And the results are as follows:1.The creativity of employees is affected by factors on the involvement and challenge(intrinsic motivation),affirmation and reward (extrinsic motivation),work group supports and supervisory encouragement(work environment).2.Significant influences on creativity have been seen from the employees' intrinsic motivation factors,and most of extrinsic motivation factors are auxiliary.3.The strategy to stimulate the employees' creativity should be building up the work environment to support their creativity and training leaders with creative and instructive leadership as well as supporting creativity and creative work planning.
