Sr Within The Company To Control A Number Of Issues

In this paper, a number of internal control problems of SR company(in view of some reason, the company's real name hided, SR is antonomasia ) as the research object. At first ,through an overview of internal control theory and analysis of key factor of impacting the internal control system , which laid a theoretical foundation for this article research ;secondly, in view of some existence and exposed of the problem and analyzes the main the reasons caused, with the overall framework of internal control theory, put forward improvement and measures in line with the characteristics of SR's own ,with a view to set up internal control system for SR company, this paper shows reflection and reference to further improve its internal control for SR company's future in practice.The full text, with combination of internal control theory, ,making a more in-depth analysis and research on the SR internal control problems and deficiency .including five parts to elaborate. Specifically, divided into introduction, theoretical analysis, problem analysis, countermeasures and conclusions parts.The first part (Chapter One )is the introductory remarks, with a brief description of research background, research significance, research ideas and content; The second part(Chapter Two), mainly with a brief overview for internal control concepts, principles, elements, evolution , the development of internal controls in our country, and its function, role and limitations. The third part(Chapter Three &Charter Four) is the introduction to the history evolution and existing internal control problems in the development of SR company of changes, combined with the internal control theory, analysis with a depth internal control existing problems of SR; The fourth part(Chapter five), on the basis of the SR, the writer puts forward measures and methods to resolve the existence of internal control with the guidance and maneuverability; Part Five(Chapter six) is the conclusion ,briefly summarizes the research on this paper, describes the inadequacies of existence, provides the reflection and reference to set up and perfect the internal control system in future for SR company.
