Therefore, ZB branch should make efforts to take relevant measures about introducing talent and enterprises to attract talent. Through an effective incentive mechanism, make more efforts in the opening of talent and retain talent, take appropriate encourage measures , pay attention to the development , make maximum to improve in Sichuan Mobile ZB branch personnel shortage.
