With an accelerating pace of opening of domestic financial sector to keep up with the outside world in the past 5 years, the financial products in our country banks are in a rapid development. Compared with foreign countries, however, there is still a noticeable gap exists. Foreign financial sector have mature markets, perfect controlling systems, and standardize regulatory regime for their financial product. It can provide a broad space for the development of financial products. Relatively speaking, China still lack of relevant laws and regulations in financial system for financial products or they need to be improved. The financial products in China market are facing non-standard market operations, immature investment psychology, and imperfect market structure. Therefore, this paper studied on the profit situation of the financial products of Beijing Bank, by using the bonds and options pricing theory and an empirical studying method. In addition, this paper gave a reasonable evaluation for the pricing design for those financial products.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is a brief clarify to the study background of the financial product. The second chapter introduced the classification of the banks financial products, its development and the growth motives. The third Chapter describes the development of China's credit derivatives market, the pricing principles and pricing models of credit-linked financial product, and then simulated the benefits. The fourth is an empirical analysis of the benefits of credit products by using the regression Analysis. The last part made a conclusions and recommendations based on the prior study.This paper suggested that the pricing of credit product of our country is reasonable to certain extend, but the profit rate still lower than the growth rate of GDP and CPI. At last, this paper put forward an Improvement measures towards the credit product introduced by banks in the ground of the combination of empirical research findings, given a advice to the regulatory authorities to strengthen the supervision of financial market in China.
