| Telecommunication industry now is developing rationality and effectively, a series of new trends have appeared. Technological renovation speeds up once more, cost of building network drops in a large scale, the telecommunication operators have tried their best to reduce the cost which has already closed to its base line, mobile and IP have a stronger impact and divergence on traditional fixed network day by day…Under the new situation, the global telecommunication operators start new exploration—Strategic reforming. They no longer limit their service in the traditional telecommunication field but get more growth space in larger telecommunication service area by carrying on technology and operation innovation, establishing the new enterprise developing mode and business mode.This thesis firstly introduces some domestic and international cases for IPTV application, data analysis as well as the possibility to realize the IPTV technologically. Secondly, it analyzes the disadvantages and strategic risks which telecommunication industry faced commonly. Through user interview, question appraisal table and Pareto-Chart, it can find out the main problems. Afterwards, it analyzes these problems to find out the key point which effects SCH's strategic reforming and suggests SCH to combine the key point and development plan of itself, to utilize the means of the joint marketing, to keep in touch with the telecommunication operators at first developing phase in order to take main lot when it enters the mature phase. At last, based on the implement plan of joint marketing, it solves the concrete problems and hopes to get the better layout and development in the future.This thesis practices the research primarily and pays proper attention to the theory. Through the research to SCH IPTV project's marketing mode and strategy implementation, It has released the problems in the course of IPTV project management as well as the solution and method. Hope it can be helpful to our country's IPTV marketing management. |
