Eco-tourism Resources In The Development Of Ethical Reflection

Eco-tourism resource development as a kind of people's important economic, ecological and social comprehensive activity, it involves not only a wide range of ethical relations, but also leads to many ethical problems. Eco-tourism resource development will start to "ethics" perspective, becoming a theoretical and practical issue of contemporary ecological ethics and tourism ethics that focus on. From ethical perspectives, this paper reveals our China current eco-tourism resource development problems. On this base, the paper puts forward eco-tourism resource development's ethics criterion and moral rules, and then proposes the constructive countermeasures to the questions which exist in development activity.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part elaborates the eco-tourism resource concept, the value and the development connotation, its pattern, analyzing the eco-tourism resource reasonable development ethical significance: realizing harmonious between human and nature, pursuing eco-tourism resource development interpersonal just as well as being beneficial to the nature and society's sustainable development.The second part, it develops two aspects from the overdevelopment and the disordered development, promulgating the moral-shortage problems in the present eco-tourism resource development. It analyzes the reason from three aspects, that is, the economic interest actuation, the government achievements project pursue as well as people ecology responsibility consciousness shortage.The third part proposes four ethical principles for eco-tourism resource reasonable development, namely integrity principle, sustainable principle, fairness principle and consultation principle. It elaborates for four main divergent interest bodies that should follow the cardinal virtues standards in the reasonable development, which are the eco-tourism resource development department should take the ecology moderation as the moral criterion, the eco-tourism superintendent should take the ecology as the moral datum, the eco-tourism operator should take the ecology conscience moderately as the moral consideration, the eco-tourism consumer should take the ecology determination fairly as the moral autonomy, the ecology tourist area resident should take the ecology participation as the moral choice.The fourth part, it proposes realizing the eco-tourism resource rationality development constructive countermeasure: strengthens ecology moral education, clears about the government, enterprise's environmental protection responsibility and raises people's environmental consciousness; through the science plan, the legislation protects the eco-tourism resource; displays folk environmental protection organization's function fully, news media's supervision function and organizes the community into participation, mobilizes the entire social strength to promote to develop the eco-tourism resources reasonably realization.
