In recent years, with the great chance of the shipbuilding market in China, a lot of Chinese private shipbuilding company get very quick and strong development. But during the devolpment of these Private shipbuilding company, they also faced a lot of risks.How to control the risk and protect their benefit against the risk, and at the same time, to fulfill the target of their enterprise's maximum benefit, becomes a very important issue for every private shipbuiling company in China.This thesis is trying to analyse the risk control from the point of view of private shipbuiling company.The case ananlyse of this thesis is based on the RS shipbuiling company's practise of risk control.This thesie will based on the following 3 ways to analyse the risk control:1.
