Fdi On The Economic Development Of Yunnan Province

With economic globlalization, foreign direct investment(FDI) play the more and more important role in the economic development. The effect of f FDI on china economic growth is the focus from the academic realm to government department at all times.This paper discussed the effect of foreign direct investment on industry employment, capital formation, foreign trading and technical spillover in detail and study FDI and Yunnan GDP intrinsic relations from different aspect. We Adopt qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods and tested the data stability when we used traditional quantitative method. And under the Cointegration theory and Granger-casulity test, we analyzed the relationship between variables in the data building process.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part introduced the research background, significances and method. The second part summarized the domestic and foreign theories of foreign direct investment and economic growth. The third part analyzes FDI condition in YunNan Province to display the FDI development tendency. The forth part discussed the effect of foreign direct investment on industry employment, capital formation, foreign trading and technical progress. The fifth part mainly through econometrics model study FDI and GDP intrinsic relations. The last part proposes the concrete countermeasures of FDI in YunNan Province with the empirical analyzed conclusion. .
