SuNan area is the earliest, fastest, most typical area of our country' s village industrialization. From later 1970' s, the industry of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou and other areas have developed rapidly, and evolved characteristic developing way of village industrialization. Mr. FeiXiaoTong summarized the experience "industry and agriculture helped each other" of SuNan peasants, posed a type of our country' s village development: "SuNan type" . It is a summary of SuNan peasants' practice and experience.It is a metaphysics view to consider SuNan' s development without relating it' s past and now. Examining SuNan' s type historically, we can fell the development expressed trends period process. In 1970—80' s, it is formed naturally and necessarily. It is remarkable differentiate to the village development of the south area of Wenzhou, Zhujiang triangle area. It showed collective economy and government command, shaped a typical characteristic development type in china' s village industrialization. It is a great promotion to productive forces as a local authoritative produce relation organization type in a certain history stage. But after 1990' s, it hasn' t changed to adapt the change of inner and eternal economy , so missed historical opportunity to develop rapidly as sticking to the ossifying "type" point which prevented productive forces development. Till the later 1990' s, the type has changed to adapt the development of market economy better. SuNan' economy headed for new developing phase. It had two elements. First , from rules reform and innovation, it changed the traditional type' s "non-market" suchas ...... to a new type which is suitable to the market economy .Second ,it adjusted the economic and enterprise structure to change "small, low, dispersed, weak" structure , and improved the phenomenon which had the same structure in the industry and repeated competition in the area.In the new century, development of the SuNan area entered new stage, shaped new type. It' s a criticism and success to the early type. It broke through traditional economy organization type, but it wasn' t totally forsaken and denied. It still showed positive factor "to promote economy development through industry, realize prosperous together, achieve coordinated development of social economy" . So we can say, it is a continually promoting and succeeding process form village businesses, town and township enterprises, privately managed enterprises, privately managed enterprises to developing zone economy. It is also a process of SuNan' s type transformation.It' s SuNan people' s practice. It will continually develop as practice continues. It is proved that only "transform in time" , SuNan is able to enter a new developing stage. SuNan is necessary to form new economy and society development organization structure according to the own situation in the way to the higher level of market economy.
