Printing And Dyeing Production Process Quality Analysis And Forecasting System

In order to solve the technical problem of analysis of quality factors in the printing and dyeing process and to further upgrade management efficiency and profit,methods of statistical analysis and multivariate quality control were presented in this paper. Moreover, algorithms of product quality factor analysis and prediction were designed for the real production process. The main research work is summarized as follows:1. According to the characteristics of actual printing and dyeing process, a method of quality control was proposed, in which statistical analysis was applied to perform quantitative analysis of quality factors.2. Based on principal component analysis, a Hierarchical Principal Component Analysis algorithm was proposed. It was suitable for finding out main factors that result in unqualified products and their corresponding weights in real production process, which furthermore provided an effective and reliable data base for design of methods to eliminate factors that affect quality fluctuation.3. Based on the Hierarchical Principal Component Analysis algorithm, and experimental data obtained by applying the algorithm, along with the control chart in quality control, we constructed the multivariate quality control chart to find out factors which led to unqualified printing and dyeing products. 4. Based on the impersonal history data, we got the multivariate quality control chart by establishing Bayes'prediction model during manufacturing process to make product quality prediction in the future.5. By applying Hierarchical Principal Component Analysis Algorithm and use of multivariate quality control chart and multivariate quality Bayes'prediction model, we designed and developed information system to analyze and predict the quality of printing and dyeing. We also used this system in actual quality control process of the products.
