From the new century begins, we can see E-commerce has gotten rapid development in past several years. In the complicating world, how can a company survive well against many electronic commerce channel to get growth become a hot topic already. We are all thinking about the existing status and the future of e-commerce, especially more and more research on successful cases because we do want to give some guidance to many new or small companies who have momentum to enter B2C market. We noticed some e-commerce companies didn't well handle the cooperation with their suppliers and set up right strategy to compete against others. This article focuses on the research on how one company to use e-commerce to help them to expand business scale, especially for B2C models. Despite B2B and C2C models are quite popular today, more and more companies want to build up their own platform to carry B2C business. After visit and research on some typical e-commerce companies, I tried to share my research and result to give some guidance to these companies.Actually, with technology and people's concept developed, we can foresee that different e-commerce models will have more integration and less gap in the future. B2B platform can help B2C companies to get more attentions, and search engines can do the similar work as well. The B2M model will definitely been integrated into a big B2C platform as well.Strategically, I tried to give my proposals on B2C platform to these companies who want to enter this market!
