Nowadays, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have an important role to economic development whatever in developed countries or emerging countries. However, the difficulty of SMEs financing almost exists in all countries and regions. As the fastest region of economic integration in China, the Yangtze River Delta has a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises.
