The purpose of this study compared the investigation of all enterprises in China, manager of cross-strait differences in work values. The survey taken, work values with the purpose of the scale of values and work tools to measure the value of work. The sample of major Chinese enterprises in high-level managers in human subjects, issued a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, a total of 275 valid questionnaires were. The data are analyzed by following statistic method: Statistical analyzed, T-test, One-Way ANOVA., and the study found that:1. China managers is more obvious attention to than Taiwan managers the growth and altruism two features of the structure of the work values2. China and Taiwan manager of managers work values of tools to work to sort the same values, followed by humble tolerance, competence and pragmatic, self-righteous, rational ability, interpersonal skills, the traditional ethics.3. China and Taiwan manager, altruistic purpose of the work values of a significant difference4. Cross-strait manager' s level of education, interpersonal tools work values are significant differences5. Cross-strait managers in the work experience, growth and survival of the work values of a significant difference, and the tools of self-righteous work values are significant differencesTherefore, this study suggests that the Chinese enterprises in the recruitment, set compatible with the values of human resources management strategies, attention to the work values of influence.
