According to Stastics Bulletin of economic and social development of the year 2007 from National Bureau of stastics of China, total amount of export of China is$1,218billion which is nearly up to 40% of GDP of the year 2007. So far, international trade has been a critical part of national economic development of China and a stable growth of international trade is strategic significance to the keeping of national continuous and stable economic growth.Meanwhile, the macroeconomic situation was changing constantly, Renminbi continued appreciation, US secondary Loan crisis, price increasing of international raw material, adjusting of export tax rebate policy, publication of new labour law, etc. All above make the situation of export gloomy and the only mode of Winning of low cost can not keep the advantage of enterprise in the competition any more. Therefore, enterprise have to adjust their strategies and open up new business mode creatively to fit for the comprehensive economic situation. This article clarify the stratigic position of enterprise through analysis to international and national macroecnomic environment and whole industry and know the enterprise-self through SWOT analysis and try to find a suitble blue ocean mode for enterprise. |
