As the global competition goes more and more furious,the competitions among enterprises are translating into the competitions among supply chains.The inventory management,as one of the important matters of supply chain management,plays an important part.The globalization of the market and the diversification of the customer action make the market demand and the cost uncertain.Due to imperfect production process,natural disasters,damage or breakage in transit,or for many other reasons,the lot sizes received may contain some defective items,and the quantity can not be predicted. Also the shortening of the product lifecycle and the quick renewal of product make the historical data unavailable.All of these make the enterprises face great challenge.How to deal with the high uncertainty of the outside,how to balance the profit and the customer service level,and to make the decision,we needs theory to support them.This makes the study of supply chain management in fuzzy environments very important and realistic. The paper researches single inventory with defective items and supply chain coordination theory in fuzzy environments.We start from single inventory,expand to distribution net and the coordination of the supply chain,and develop decision-making just aiming at the profit and cost to decision-making by balancing the profit and cost and the customer service level.The research contents of the dissertation can be concluded as follows:1) During the study of economic ordering quantity models for items with imperfect rate and backorder,we consider imperfect rate without assuming the items are perfect.And we consider the case that the imperfect rate,order cost,shortage cost and demand are uncertain,and express them by LR -fuzzy number.We develop the model from the model with imperfect quality and backorder allowed in certain environment into the one in fuzzy environment,and found the more universal EOQ model,realizing the maximum profit.2) During the study of the inventory control models for items with imperfect quality and service level constraint in the fuzzy environment,based on fuzzy credibility theory,we found safety stock model for items with fuzzy demand and fuzzy imperfect quality,to satisfy the service level destined,and gives the inventory model,under three inventory control strategies(R,Q),(T,S),(s,S).At last we analyze the influence of the service level and the uncertainties of the demand and imperfect rate on the safety stock.3) During the study of the minimum cost model of the distribution system,we discuss the problem of the coordination inventory strategy of an one-warehouse multiple-retailer distribution system.The whole strategy is obtained by two-level and three-step coordination,which is the independent inventory decision-making of the retailers, uniform coordination of the warehouse and the foundation of the optimum strategy of the distribution system.At last,an example is give to demonstrate the idiographic operation process of the model.
