There are 4,2000,000 medium-sized and small enterprises in our country (including individual enterprises ), which occupies 99 percent in the total number and they have become the important power in the development of our country's economy and society. The medium-sized and small enterprises in our country have been one significant part in our national economy, and their fast and healthy development will contribute to the development of our country's economy directly. Nowadays thousands of medium-sized and small enterprises in our country are facing with sever challenges. They operate in one or some limited markets, so the founders' personal experience and outlook will undoubtedly affect and restrict how to decide enterprises' positions strategically. Some medium-sized and small enterprises just start their strategic management but which doesn't exert it's effect. Therefore it is necessary for medium-sized and small enterprises of our country to reinforce their strategic management, to improve their competitive power, and to strengthen their enterprises. Basing on such historical background, this paper focus on the theme of how to realize successful strategic management for medium-sized and small enterprises. By means of analyzing the present strategic value and it's problems existing in medium-sized and small enterprises of our country, this paper tries to find out some weak points in strategic management, together with some common laws and the conditions of how to realize such laws in successful strategies of some medium-sized and small enterprises, and puts forwards the conditions some approaches about how to realize it's strategic value for successful enterprises, which constitutes of the theoretic model of strategic management in medium-sized and small enterprises. On this basis, through combining theory and reality, this paper, according to the development process of H.Y.G Company's strategic management, proves that the theory is feasible to some degree.
