As enterprise organization increasingly being in net-work, flat, flexible and diversified, human capital is increasingly dominated by scarcity of resource. To enhance the ability to adapt to the rapid change of the environment, enterprises need to upgrade human resources management to the strategic lever. Job analysis as the most effective guarantee of efficiency of organization and work system and staff satisfaction is the basic work of human resource management, which provides information and support for human resource planning, personnel recruitment, training and development, performance management, appraisal and remuneration, realizes the core mission of human resource management -matching personnel. For the most of our enterprises, job analysis as the basic support to human resource management has not been in sufficient attention.In order to solve the internal management problems which affect the development of company, the study was carried on the analysis of the status of Longping seeds. With the inspection of literatures, we introduced the processes management into the job analysis. It is useful to break the barrier between departments, to maximize the integration of information and ensure the job analysis systematized.With a comprehensive diagnosis for the company's organizational structure, processes and the status of job analysis ,we found some problem in them .For the existed problem ,though the analysis of the questionnaire, the company's process evolution and optimization, use of the post analysis technology and the forecast of SME experts including industry experts and human resource experts etc on the future changes of environment, the future-oriented job analysis was established .We also improved the original job analysis system to provide the scientific basis for human resource management for Longping seeds and other enterprises.
