The theoretical and practical value of China's cultural social orientation, social capital, mentoring gradually has been understood by everyone, but its intrinsic linkages are very concerned by few people, studying occupational theory through the perspective of social capital theory in the context of Chinese culture is a new subject worthwhile to explore.Firstly this paper introduces Chinese cultural and social orientation, social capital, mentoring theory and literature studies, followed by theoretical analysis and a series of assumptions, the paper mainly focused on the following issues: under the influence of social orientation of the Chinese culture, the staff of mentors network attribute And the associated network efficiency. Again, this paper refers the maturity questionnaire, use statistical theory and methods such as descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis, and so on to analysis the relationship of the Chinese cultural and social orientation mentors network attribute, network efficiency for the verification and clarification of assumptions. Finally, the paper summarized the main points of view, and make some relevant theory analysis by the combination of Chinese culture and social orientation, social capital and mentoring, clear the study's limitations and the future direction of research , conducted on the individual's professional and organizational management of the a number of recommendations.Hence this paper about China's social and cultural orientation, mentoring and social capital theory has a certain enlightenment on their respective theories of the supplementary and development and a good guide to the practice.
