Trying to find out the root of the theories about self-regulation and supervision of capital-market, including law theories and economic theories and social theories, it concentrated on the special circumstance in our country .Author analyzed the characteristics of capital-market in our country ,highlighting the significance about self-regulation and supervision of capital-market.So ,it is necessary to combine self-regulation and supervision of capital-market to promote justice and effective order of the capital-market. As far as author concerned , the modes of the self-regulation and supervision of capital-market in other countries ,combining the peculiar states in China , it put forward some advice.
