Influencing Factors Of The Six Provinces Of Central China Hong Kong Exports

With Hong Kong playing an irreplaceable role in the foreign trade of Central District,this paper is to study the factors on the export trade Hong Kong effects Central District,using Gravity Model to analysis the factors, so as to provide positive references for the government of Central District to boost the trade with Hong Kong.First,the paper analyzes the trade present situation between Hong Kong and the Central District on the basis of trade structure and trade flow.Second,with the international trade theories and studies,the paper select several factors of GDP,Per capita incomes gap,FDI inventory, institutional gap,R&D,education,the rate of K/L,CEPA and distance as the main explanation variables to the Gravity Model.Third,according to the panel data from 1998-2005,the paper do the regression analysis to acquire the expansion Gravity Model,in the course of demonstration with SPSS,some factors have been eliminated.Afterward,the paper draws a conclusion about the effective factors with the Beta Coefficients:distance is the most important factor of all.GDP is at the following place and so on.GDP,CEPA,FDI inventory and R&D did the positive function,while distance did the negative effects.Then,with the qualitative and quantitative method,the paper analysis the difference between the Central District six provinces on the five factors respectively.Finally,some suggestion has been put forward for the government to fascinate the bilateral trade.
