Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an innovation of management in terms of realistic need of managerial thoughts. BPR thoroughly changes the existing process engineering, rebuilds the organization structure, and achieves improvements in cost, quality, service and working velocity which are significant elements determining how successful an enterprise is.In the era of 3G, the present managerial mode isn't suitable for modern enterprise management environment, with regard to increasingly fierce market competition. Eventually, it is necessary to design market management process with the clients as orientation. BPR can avoid the risks of new market plan unadapted for social demands. Appropriate market management process, as an advantage of enterprise differential competitive strategy, can really promote the enterprises'core competitive performance.On study of the marketing management of TX Company, this thesis introduces the concept of BPR. On the investigation and analysis of current market management of TX Company, BPR can ultimately optimize the current market management, with the process as core and clients as orientation.According to operation characteristics in telecommunication industry, this thesis puts forward six steps of marketing management process as follows: 1.define the target of market, 2. design the marketing case, 3.forecast the effect, 4. verify and report the case, 5. implementation of process, 6.evaluate and appraise. As to execute six steps, concrete operating advice, method and mode are discussed in the thesis.BPR as a systematic engineering with long-term feature, is needed to consummate constantly.
