The Service Innovation is a powerful force which can raise the customer's satisfaction in firms and push the service industry to advance. At the same time, it is also an important way to form the superiority of competition and a effective channel to appreciation. Stock industry is the typical knowledge-intensive service industry, as the core of the modern economics. In the transition of China's economy today, stock service innovation is more important than before. At present, Chinese stock industry is suffering rushing from overseas companies. These companies have several advantages such as in management, in running system, in service strategies, so the competition in the stock service area will be more intensive. Those stockbrokers in domestic have to start from the customer's requirement and take the modern technical to advance the service innovation, finally to improve the nowadays stock service efficiency and skilled level, if they are willing to survive and develop in competition.This thesis aims to analyze the environment and company thoughts of Chinese stock industry, basing on comparing the current status, service product structure, service innovation way and the newest change in overseas and domestic stock service. On the other hand, it also has particular analysis in product innovation, transaction innovation, management innovation to research the evolving process,the environment,the motion,the thought of service innovation in Chinese stock industry. Moreover, it have been researching in the feasibility of the service innovation in our stock area, analyzing deeply its model and developing direction, and suggesting the Chinese stock industry service innovation plan, development ways selection and relative tips. In this paper, the key innovation point is analyzing in service innovation basing on researching in knowledge-intensive service industry and comparing to overseas mature stock market, and pointing out Chinese stock industry service innovation development direction, including strategies. Totally, the achievement of this thesis could be provide the theory foundation, realistic data and international experiences.
