China's Service Industry Use Of Foreign Direct Investment Research

In recent years, FDI develops rapidly all over the world. The region of investment changed from manufacturing industry to service industry. Facing to the trend of world service industry utilizing FDI,China opens the door wider. Its great potentials in service market and opportunities brought by China entering into WTO will pick up the speed of making use of FDI.However, in China, FDI has been concentrated on manufacturing industry for a long time, it has not developed very well in service industry. Meanwhile, because of the backward service system, laws and rules published later than industry development, the service industry could not get promotion with a high speed. After though doing research on China service industry utilizing FDI, the article tried to find effective measures to use FDI.First, as a basis of research, the article has defined"Service industry","Modern service industry","FDI", and introduced basic principles of service industry using FDI. Second, to counter the present situation, the features, and the problems existing in China service industry, the article gave a comprehensive analysis and discussion, including empirical and influence analysis. At last, the article made suggestions for how to use FDI more effectively.
