Successful innovation is vital for firm survival in modern services industries. This study empirically investigates the relationship between knowledge management activities and innovation process, also the impact of knowledge management dimensions on innovative performance in Congolese's bank. Following the empirical framework, a survey was developed in commercial banks and data collected from five commercial banks. Results indicate a positive moderate linear relationship between knowledge management activities and innovative performance. Moreover, ten of these independent variables are correlated with innovation process. Our study also supports that knowledge management factors have a positive and significant effect on innovative performance. |
