The knowledge management increasingly becomes the key to survival and development of enterprises. Since the development of complex product system (Cops) plays more and more important role in national economy and its development, the research on knowledge management of development teams for Cops has its special necessity. Organizational knowledge view holds that the essential investment and value of organizing production origins from knowledge. The power roots in the shared knowledge rather than the secret one. According to the research from scholars at home and abroad, knowledge sharing is expensive and difficult no matter where it happens, e.g. between individuals or in a team, or a department or an institution. There are many reasons contribute to this and the most common one is that the staff is not willing to share their knowledge property with the others. In order to promote knowledge sharing in the organization, we must get to know the factors that influence it, thus to establish the mechanism of knowledge sharing.Based on the predecessor's research achievements, the paper takes Cops development as the research background and conducted the research on knowledge sharing of individual development personnel.At first, the paper introduces the rationale of knowledge sharing and the progress of domestic and foreign research on knowledge management model, and defines knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge sharing. The knowledge sharing within the enterprise and that in project management is also analyzed.Then, the paper gives definition on project management and differentiates it from project management process and project management pattern. It classifies the knowledge of the development team for Cops into three kinds, namely, assist knowledge, knowledge of a specific field and skill knowledge, which paves the way for five knowledge sharing patterns. The article has proposed subjective factor, objective factor, the environmental factor and the relationship factor that influence knowledge sharing, and designed its research model through analyzing individual knowledge sharing pattern.With the reference to mass literature in and out of China and the analysis for four factors influencing individual knowledge sharing, 16 variables and the corresponding research hypothesis are presented in the paper. And then, the sample data for empirical research which is obtained from massive questionnaire surveys is processed by SPSS. The validity of the hypothesis will be demonstrated and the main influencing factors will be determined.The paper achieves some significant conclusions and the influence factor model established in the paper can serve as a relative scientific analysis tool for knowledge sharing among the development team of Cops. The author hopes that those Countermeasures and suggestions is of help to the development personnel and the development team, and that knowledge management circle furthers the research on the knowledge sharing and get great leap both in the theory and practice.
