Farmers In China Agricultural Business Risk Management Study

With the increase of agricultural marketization degree, agricultural risk management is imperative, this is also one of the effective self-protection methods for agriculture. Agricultural risk management research is very practically useful, and is in close contact with peasant household's agricultural production, it is a direct guidance to the production process. This paper is written on the basis of relevant information of the domestic and international agricultural research and its management, in accordance with the actual situation of Chinese rural households and agricultural production and operation of the specific risk management requirements.The main object of study is the agricultural farmers in the course of two major risk: Output risk and price risk, and the two major risks'management issues. It has very important realistic meanings in modernization of agricultural production management. To intercept from the micro level of the two major risks in agricultural production and operation, that the analysis of the output uncertainty and the prices uncertainty which farmers facing in agricultural production and management, which will further draw their uncertainty of the agricultural operating income. On the basis of this re-formed analysis of those risks, conclude to a result to the income risks, in the application of this theory in the analysis of the risk analysis and management framework of China's farmers and agricultural operations risk management empirical analysis, summarized the characteristics, concluded that the final points. To tackle the causes and status of the corresponding countermeasures. And give some advices for the agricultural policy.The first chapter has combed domestic and international relevant research states in the foreword part, and also has explained the structure, thought and method of the article. In the main part of the article, defined the risk at first, analyzed the intension, essence of the agricultural business risk, investigated the characteristic, classification and form of peasant household's agricultural business risk theoretically. And then established the framework for theoretical analysis of the agricultural production risk and price risk management strategy. It had an analysis on Chinese farmer's real situation for agricultural operations, the two major causes of risk were conducted in-depth analysis. In the chapter IV, first analysis a farmer risk value which can be measured, and then extended to whole country, described the past five years'the prices and productions of agricultural output and also described their development trend, both from the micro and macro aspects, also the usual means in their risk management is analyzed. The last chapter has put forward the concrete policy recommendations finally.
