Diverse Supply Of Urban Low-rent Housing System Is Discussed

Housing problem is an important livelihood issue. Maintaining the rights and interests of low-income families basic shelter construction and improving housing security system is an important mission of the Chinese government in but also insiting to the scientific concept of development, building a harmonious socialist society. Housing security system as an important component of the low-rent housing system ,whether it is adequate and was implemented, does something with the lives of low-income people and the stability of society. At present ,the supplying system of low-rent house has serious defect, the total amount isn't enough, guaranteeing funds is inadequate.These problems become the barriers of the development of low-rent housing, and we should have reform and innovation.This thesis explained the historical progress and analyzed existing disadvantages in the supplying system of low-rent house. The reasons for the disadvantages are: the enthusiasm of the town government is not high, low-rent house related laws and regulations do not sound, low-cost housing security sources lack of protection. Then, using related theories in public goods and multi—centered governance, the author try to establish multiple supplying system to solve the problems, that is the diverse supplying subject, the diverse money raising method. This is the innovation of the thesis. Establishing the multiple supplying system of low-rent house is a complicated system engineering, involving everyone's benefits, in addition to arousing enthusiasm which participate, the government should perfect corresponding integration.
