CMT Company is a multinational company whose main product is industry X-ray tube. The most especial is that CMT is the market leader of a high technical industry. With its business development, CMT is facing different challenge in different market.This article is based on the research of the industry and competition status in Chinese market to analyze CMT competition strategy in China. Through the research it's hoped to find some ideas on how to compete as a market leader in a high technical industry.Methods of the research in this article include five power researches, EFE, IFE and SWOT analysis.
