China's Financial Bubble Study

Nowadays the financial and capital market of China is growing dramatically, especially in the stock market the increase goes far beyond expectation. However the fast growth also causes more and more expanding bubbles which have the risks of bursting up anytime. Since the health of the financial market could directly impact the development of the national economy, how to prevent and control the bubbles becomes a key to us. The study and research on financial bubbles will be helpful for preventing the financial bubbles in our country and motivate healthy development of the economy.The study to financial bubbles is a leading subject of the contemporary economics, which is still in the early stage and its theoretical frame has not yet been fully established so far; also the research for the financial bubbles in domestic market is very limited. Therefore, the study about the generating and the expanding of the financial bubbles in our market has its both realistic and theoretical significance.The dissertation has five chapters, including the conception of financial bubbles, bubbles generating and expanding analysis; through the research of the US and Southeast Asia financial bubbles, addressing the importance of persistent bubbles and the negative impact of the bubbles bursting; based on these, evaluating and analyzing the bubbles in our stock market; at last providing the suggestions on how to prevent the stock bubbles.
