The mineral processing industry is the traditional foundation ,which is playing the important role in the national economy construction. Regarding mineral processing enterprises to say, the production pursues the maximum economic efficiency .Realize the biggest benefit need production craft stable and production target, the modernized management is also essential. Along with industrial production process automated control degree, the production process automated system are realized, then the production process management are more and more important.In the dressing production, the best craft target is not means realizes the best economic efficiency system. The author apply to economic efficiency analysis method, analysis economic efficiency to the mineral processing plant, the author thought there have intrinsic relevance between the rubbing degree of fineness and the product quality, the quantity and the dressing cost. One is under the certain rubbing degree of fineness between the ore concentrate product personal status and the returns-ratio has the determination relations, the another is there has the certain influence relations between the rubbing product degree of fineness to the ore mill process load in the ore nature rubs and the granularity invariable, two stable relations causes the multi-dimensional dynamic curved surface existence ,this system is take the economic efficiency as target, and it is constituted by the product quality, rubbing degree of fineness (cost), the returns-ratio and the out put. Next the author simulate the above ideas, and constructed the appraisal target three-dimensional model. Finally we have established the production guidance system that take the maximum economic efficiency as target by using Visual Basic, and applying actual mineral dressing plant production data to carry on the confirmation to the system model.The present paper synthesis using the management Principle, the economy Principle, Mineral Processing Science, the computer technology and so on. The multi-disciplinary knowledge conducts the overlapping research, and establishing the biggest synthesis economic efficiency forecast and the manufacturing guidance system. Through the system confirms the feasibility that the idea of mineral processing management. This system is a production management system, which locate between mineral processing enterprises upper formation the production decision-making to the first floor manufacturing control face to the dressing workshop. It has the vital significance regarding enhances the dressing business management the flexibility, the realization production target real-time control, reduces the production cost, improves and enhances the economic efficiency.
