Just as the view of the Jewish writer Thomas L, Friedman the word is flat. Every country should face the trend of the Globalization because of the huge change in the communication and transportation in the world. The economy of China makes great achievements since China is carrying out the Reform and Open policy, especially after China joining the WTO several years ago. More and more corporations begin their"go abroad"strategy.Huawei company is one of the pioneers beginning their"go abroad"strategy. From 1996, Huawei experienced failures time and again during the course of carrying out the"go abroad"strategy. After 10-year hard work, Huawei makes great achievements on international market. But the disquisition thinks that If Huawei wants to be really successful in international market, it must win the developed countries′market such as America and Europe. Most important of all, Huawei should summarize the experiences of internationalization in the past 10 years, which will be helpful to Huawei and that is the aim of this disquisition.The disquisition is divided into 4 chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the current situation of the"go abroad"strategy in Huawei. This chapter introduces briefly the market position and potential of Huawei on international and domestic market. So that the disquisition thinks that it is necessary for Huawei to carry out the"go abroad"strategy. This chapter is the background and basis of the disquisition.The second chapter mainly introduces the theory of internationalization briefly. This chapter analyzes the Europe & America and Japan &Korea"go abroad"models respectively, so that the disquisition draw a conclusion what models Huawei will choose according to its own actual situation.The third chapter mainly researches the"go abroad"strategy of Huawei company and how to implement theses strategies. This chapter is the most important part in the disquisition.The forth chapter mainly introduces the identification of the risk management during Huawei is carrying out the"go abroad"strategy. That will be useful for the strategy.
