Since our country has reformed and opened for 30 years, by the fast development of the economy, the function of urban became more perfect, the urban dwellers became richer, and people's value demand on the urban house is constantly changed. How to reflect the value of the urban house? How to take the advantages of the experience and achievement of the houses'development? How to construct the urban value house to satisfy the people's demand of house? All these problems need us to research.The purpose of this thesis's research: follow the house,the urban house and urban value house, we analyze the form and development, our purpose is to find the realistic factors which formed the urban value house. Meanwhile, we cause the reasonable contribution made by the urban value house's three parties on the urban value house.The research methods of this thesis: our analysis focus on domestic reality with the house's development time combined the reality and development; focus on the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis; focus on the key point analysis with the general analysis; deduce the reasonable demands of the urban value house from the both positive and negative factors.This thesis is divided into six chapters, besides the introduction:Chapter 1: the theory analysis on the urban value house. This thesis makes the development of human being's house as the start point, combined the city's emerge & development and the house culture's development, based on the modern urban people's understand and demand on the life quality, we get the general knowledge on the urban value house.Chapter 2: the inffluence factors analysis on the urban value house. In the positive factors, we choose two aspects; the development of economy is the material base. Meanwhile, in the human being's subjective initiative activity, the pursuit to the quality of the urban life improve the urban value house's technology quality and the healthy elements.Chapter 3: the introspection on the urban value house. when we concerned more and more about the urban value house, we found that on the aspects of the government satisfying the urban dwellers'life quality, the internal technology and healthy quality , and the urban main trends, there are great distances. If we want to improve the house value, we must rethink people's demands on the life quality,technology quality and healthy quality, and people's consume concept.Chapter 4: the realistic reasonable demands on the urban value house. What are the demands on the house with high additional value? The author thinks that the realistic reasonable eliminates are :1,the suitable urban life quality. 2,the sustainable technology quality.3,mixing the national building style and the modern technology together.4,making the limited area's use value maximum.5,the house should get the sustainable service.Chapter 5: the develop tendency of the urban value house in our country. This chapter is based on last chapter's research, and makes a prospect on the develop tendency of the urban value house. On the construct methods, this thesis hopes we can industrialize and standardize the house construction.This thesis hopes that though the research on the theory and development of the urban value house, we can get some public identified realistic reasonable elements, and guide the public reasonable consume; however, there are some defects which may cause the opinion's deviation.
