Compensation system is a key approach for an enterprise to absorb talent, and keep the talent to contribute their intelligence with their best effort. In the era of economy developing rapidly, competition is more and more fierce, strategy take a key function for an enterprise to develop, and the strategy realization must rely on talent, and the compensation system take the leverage to make the talent contribute the intelligence.This paper takes case of the writer's employer, uses the matrix of strategy and compensation system to analyze that if the compensation system support strategy, and tries to work out the compensation system with take account of the compensation management technology and practice operation.The paper introduces the company at fist, outline the background and it's business, strategy and HR management situation, and draws out the problems of HR management, which show that its compensation system no longer meet the demand of its development. And secondly the writer makes an analysis by means of matrix of strategy and compensation, and makes out the approach of compensation management, analyzes other aspects of compensation such as bonus, welfare and so on.At last, the writer works out the reform proposal and program of compensation management. As a supplement, the writer also makes some rewards system besides material compensation for it being taken into effect more efficiently.The compensation reform characteristice as follows:1. The compensation system is the leverage for realizing strategy, levering the talent with compensation system.2. Working out a composed compensation instead of flat compensation, which meets the requirement of personal and avoid the contrast between different position.3. Supplement bonus and welfare system, making some policy of rewards based on value and culture instead of single material based.The reform of compensation system aims at realization of strategy, takes the ability of practice as important consideration, makes it lie as strategy leverage, and hope it be reference for the rapid development company.
