In 21 century, the human has been entering into service economy era. The trade of service economy has become much more popular, and the proportion of service industry in gross domestic product (GDP) is increasing continually. The service is not already limited to catering industry and tourist industry and retail trade. In fiercer and fiercer market competition, manufacturing industry and monopolized industry, even the government who all assert himself as service industry and all take "service" as a kind of important completive method to use. Nowadays, the idea of "service for winning" has come o infiltrate into every walk of life. However, some enterprises take "customer is god",'customer is relative"," customer is friend " as signboard. In fact, operation process of enterprise, it doesn't win customers' favor and the performance of enterprises has no rpparent improvement. Looking into the main reasons, the staffs are short of go-aheadism in ctual work. The level of the corporation's service, the quality of the corporation's service and whether be able to catch the attentions of the costumers will depend on every employee directly . Because all the work nearly depend on employees to finish in a enterprise. It will affect the effect of the service, even influence enterprise's competitive power directly while the employees are short of go-aheadism in their works and they do not try their best for the customer provides serves wholeheartedly. Accordingly, the article combines professional knowledge with the reality of researches, under the guidance of Marxism theory, borrowing ideas from western economic theory and the concrete case about activity mobilizing of foreign staff, citing method of comparative analysis and deductive inference and conclusive induction, elaborating that "service" is an important weapon in market competition, who want to win in market competition, who must be serve the first god——staff well when serve the second god——customers. The corporation should do wellmarketing in enterprise and displays staffs initiative fully. Besides these, the article also further discussed the way and the method to display staff's initiative in service economy era.
