The article starts from the latest studies on the Employee Satisfaction Degree (ESD)home and abroad, narrating the theory and practice of ESD internally and externally. Then,on the analysis of the inner meaning, characteristic and the significance of employsatisfaction, the author puts forward seven major factors which affect ESD. And then thearticle brings forward the system of evaluation of ESD, expatiating on the aim, frameprinciples and methods of the ESD system. Through the ESD evaluation system model, thedimension, relevant index and calculation method of ESD come out. Also, from the resultsof ESD evaluation system, the author finds out the problems existed in the system and thesolutions to the problems. Last, with the ESD evaluation system, it surveyed and analyzedthe various sections, positions, schooling experiences, company serving duration andemployee resources in FD enterprise, finding out the existing problems in the company.The ESD evaluation system in the article can be reevaluated to test the solutions, or toobserve the progress of ESD, thus company managements will be improved through PDCAcirculation.
